Changing Your Password

Changing your password is easy! If you would like to set up a new password for yourself:

  1. Go to the company-specific URL that was provided to you.

    If you are unsure how to log in or face issues accessing the platform, reach out to your eLearning Manager, GM, the Corporate Contact, or reach out to our Customer Success team through the Live Chat or by emailing us at tickets@venzagroup.com

  2. Login with your credentials.

  3. Click on the profile icon in the top right of the screen.

  4. Click on Security Settings.

  5. Update your password and security questions.

    Simply type and re-type your new password.

    Ensure that you select a password that corresponds with the following requirements:
    Minimum of eight (8) characters,
    One (1) uppercase letter,
    One (1) lowercase letter, and
    One (1) digit or special character.

  6. Click Submit.

    Your new password has been updated.
