How to Reset your Employees' Password
We understand that forgetting passwords can happen, so we have implemented a simple solution for our employees to reset their passwords using their email addresses for verification. However, if any difficulties arise or you wish to provide assistance, you can reset passwords for one or multiple individuals simultaneously. This feature is particularly beneficial during employee retraining or when training is being relaunched, guaranteeing a seamless login experience for everyone.
How to Reset Passwords for Your Employees
- Go to the “Manage” drop-down menu and select “Users.”
- Use the search bar to find a specific user or apply the Group filter to display employees from a particular department.
- Select the employee by checking the box next to their name on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Click on the “Reset Password” button.
- A confirmation prompt will appear.
- Confirm the password reset action.
- The VENZA System will automatically send a verification code to the employee’s registered email address.
- The employee should check their email and follow the instructions provided.
- They will be prompted to log in, enter the verification code, and create a new, unique password for their account.
